To the family of Fred
My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. Fred was an incredible person and he will be dearly missed. He will always hold a special place in my heart.
May you find comfort in the love and memories shared with him.
Words are inadequate to express the sorrow I felt when I heard of this loss. I am thinking of you and wishing you hope in the midst of sorrow and comfort in the midst of pain.
You have my deepest condolences and may God give you peace.

Fred was my classmate as well as my chum buddy and kick it friend of our Senior year. He was also a neighbor of living on the other street from mine of our childhood. We just simply shared laughs, talks and good times of our high school years. Then I see him after 50+ years at the 55th class reunion in June 2025. Thats why it was a shock to me to hear of the sad news of him passing. He will truly be missed. He was a lot of fun and so fun-ny.

Fred Deweaver was my friend and fellow classmate of the Dunbar High School class of 1970! Fred attended every class reunion and was an active participant in the planning and preparation for the reunions. Through the years he opened his home for parties and get togethers and along with Geri served some delicious fried fish!! I will really miss my cool, dapper layed-back buddy!!! Rest in peace Fred.
