Lorraine Spencer Obituary
Northampton, MA - Lorraine W. Spencer, 92, passed away on November 14, 2025 at Linda Manor Extended Care facility in Northampton with her family by her side. She was born in Northampton on August 16, 1933, to Richard and Geneva (Blakesley) Warren. Lorraine worked for the Federal Government as an administrative assistant at the Soil Conservation Service for 30+ years.
She is predeceased by her husband Rolland Spencer. Lorraine leaves her loving family daughters Carla Barrett (Stan Modrzakowski) of Leeds, Denise Barrett-Boulanger of Easthampton, her son, Peter Barrett (Christina) of Goshen, her daughter-in-law Carmen Barrett of Chesterfield, her stepson Art (Pat) Spencer of Florence. She was predeceased by her son Richard Barrett and stepson Harry Spencer and her sisters Ernestine Munson and Bernice Florek. Lorraine leaves her cherished grandchildren, Paul, Jessica, Cassandra, Andrea, Myles, Tiffany, Cole, Nick, Joshua, and her two great grandchildren Ava and Addison. She leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in the spring at the convenience of the family, Boucher-O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant Street Easthampton have been entrusted with her Cremation.
