Stolle, Judith "Judy"

Judith Ann (Adelberger) Stolle, age 86 from Oakwood, passed away on January 7, 2026 peacefully in her sleep. Judy graduated from Oakwood High School in 1957 and attended Ohio State University before becoming a full-time mother. She was an active member in the Republican Party of Montgomery County, the Westminster Presbyterian Church, and the WPW Ladies Circle. Judy also belonged to New Neighbors Garden Club and the Republican Council of Oakwood where she served as president for one year and treasurer and membership chairwoman for many years. She also was a precinct poll worker and a member of the Montgomery County Republican Central Committee. Judy was on the Oakwood Property Maintenance Board and a member of the Oakwood Historical Society. She spent many years at the Dayton Woman's Club, serving as a board member in charge of PR marketing and front-desk volunteers. Judy enjoyed her children, traveling, theatre, and gardening. She also enjoyed tennis and especially bridge throughout her life. She entered the Montgomery County Fair for many years, winning many blue ribbons for canning, cut flowers, crafts, and antiques. Judy was pre-deceased by her parents, Winnifred Adelberger and Ernest Adelberger, her sister, Sally Wiper, her husband, David Lester Stolle, and her son, Mark Douglas Stolle. She is survived by her son, David Michael Stolle and his wife Tracie, and her daughter-in-law, Cynthia Stolle. The family would also like to express our thanks for the wonderful help and care given by Melissa Naser and Nicole Spring. Visitation will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church (125 N.
