Hooksett, NH - Kevin P. Sweeney, born on March 12, 1966, in Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, after a lengthy battle with his illness. Kevin grew up in Derry, New Hampshire, eventually finding himself in Hooksett with his loving wife Yvette. He was a passionate individual known for his dedication to both his personal and professional life.

Kevin took on an interest in automotive detailing and went on to successfully run his own detailing business for many years.

In addition to his career, Kevin was a talented artist who found immense joy in painting. He generously created custom pieces for those close to him and actively contributed to various fundraisers through the donation of his artwork. His creative spirit was a source of pride and inspiration for all who knew him. During his downtime, Kevin enjoyed immersing himself in video games.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife Yvette Sweeney, his son Ryan Sweeney, and his daughter-in-law, Alyssa, whom he cared for deeply. He is also survived by his mother, Phyllis (Scourakiz) Sweeney, his stepson Michael Clapp of Gilmanton, NH, his sisters, Sharon Wrobel and her husband Leo Ovilla of Texas, and Susan LaCourse and her husband John of New Hampshire, as well as his brother Robert Sweeney of Manchester, NH, and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Robert Sweeney.

Kevin's legacy will undoubtedly live on through the love he shared, and the memories created with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.
