Mom was always up for an adventure and my favorites were the River Cruises. She opened up the word of Paris and France for me. The Monet Gardens especially. Here she is in one area of the garden. She loved her sunflowers so this was a good spot for a picture. Even though her mobility was getting worse it never stopped her and she never complained. She was a trooper for sure. (Though Europe´s cobble stones and wheelchairs proved challenging) I also appreciated when she´s come and visit us she´s say, " I am bringing turkey meat `bulbs´". (The kids called them meat bulbs) She never asked what she could bring as I would have said, "that´s ok you don´t have to bring anything". She just brought dinner in her famous Cubs boxes. That was her way of expressing love. I am grateful we all have a lasting memory of the Kaufman-Graham Christmas and she enjoyed the buffet of international foods (she always loved a good theme dinner!) Praying she is enjoying our Lord and savior buffet table now! Much love - Holly
