"Sam" Erter was an excellent dispatcher and employee for the Springfield Police Division. I worked and supervised Sam the entire time I was on the department. She will be sadly missed, but always remembered. RIP

Please accept our condolences over the loss of your loving Sam.
I knew her from the SPD where she was one of the best dispatchers we ever worked with. She always watched out for her "guys", and took the extra steps to make sure we were all safe..
She created a beautiful stained-glass window for us a number of years ago which we'll always treasure. She will be missed.
