Patricia Alosa Obituary

Patricia A Alosa

Concord, NH - Patricia A. Alosa, 94, passed away Tuesday, 2/10/26 at her home while on hospice care. She is the youngest of six siblings born to Kenneth & Jane (Whytock) Gienty.. Born in Concord, NH May 15, 1931.

Pat grew up in Warner, NH and graduated from Simmonds High School and attended Plymouth State University. She worked for BC/BS of Massachusetts in Boston, MA and BS/BS of NH/VT in Concord, NH, for 40 years before retiring at age 60 to spend her time taking care of her grandchildren.

She enjoyed her time in Boston living on Beacon Hill attending Bruins games and cheering on the Red Sox. She often had visitors Mike Weeman and Jane Weeman Seavey as children from Warner, who were put on a train in Concord, NH alone to Boston. Pat, Mike & Jane reminisced often about these memories.

Pat loved skiing and playing golf throughout her life. She attended "Keep It Moving" fitness classes for over 25 years right up to 2025. She taught her grandchildren how to ski and play golf, not to mention trips to Boston for shopping or Red Sox games. Her grandchildren were her most beloved in her life.

Pat was an avid sports fan, talented quilter, puzzle aficionado and weather forecaster. She left behind countless treasures for her family. She was a cat person who loved and cared for all her felines over her long life.

She leaves her daughters, Kim Peterson and Laurie Heath of Concord, NH. Her grandchildren: Skyla Marceau (Kyle), Shelby Heath, Cameron Heath, Tanner Heath (Summer), Sam Piper (Ashley) and Dawson Fancher. Great-grandchildren: Flynn, Rowen and Baker Marceau, Rayna and Quincy Heath, Aliyah, Anthony and Alivia Piper. Also her nieces Jane Weeman Seavey, Patti Weeman Phelps, Trish Thomas. Nephews Mike Weeman, Doug Weeman and Ken George, all of whom she loved dearly as her own children.

A Spring Bloom Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Please contact a family member for further information.

The family wants to express their gratitude to Granite VNA for taking care of Pat in her final months. Donations in Pat's memory can be made to Granite VNA or Pope Memorial SPCA, both in Concord, NH

I worked with Pat at BCBS Concord, many many years ago (1970´s?). Pat made lasagna for an office potluck. It was so delicious. Pat gave me the recipe, Alosa Lasagna recipe. I still make her recipe all these years later. The recipe is old and stained from years of use. I have always remembered Pat whenever I make her lasagna and whenever someone says this recipe is so good I always say it´s Pat Alosa´s recipe. Cynthia Clogston Rayno

To the Alosa Family,
Pat was my Dad's (Duane Keeler) administrative assistant at Blue Cross in Concord for many years.
He and my Mom (Norma) kept up their friendship until both my Mom & Dad passed. They always spoke fondly had nothing but gratitude for their working and personal relationship with Pat.
I send my heartfelt condolences to your family.
