Words cannot fully express how deeply I miss hearing your voice, your laughter, or, seeing that smile. You were a determined young man with conviction, but had the softest heart. I miss the conversations we shared, your maturity, and at times, immaturity.... but most of all, just being able to hug you. To tell you how much I love you.
I believe God has a plan for all of us and even though your time here with us was cut short, you are fulfilling that plan in ways many of us cannot see or understand. I will never forget about the young man you grew up to be, your compassion towards others, or, that magnetic personality that made you special in so many ways....
I love and miss you so very much.
Till we see each other again...

Jeff~
Thinking of you. Found a letter from you back in April 2005. It truly went deep with me. I miss everything from you throwing crayfish in my Barbie pool when I was young to you asking me to drive you home at 15 at Kent States Halloween party. Youre fallen but never forgotten. I think of you every day and say good night to you before I fall asleep, always .

Please keep sending me signs, I notice them and it means the world .. I really look up to you and I miss you dearly .

Watched Will Ferrell recently and I laughed, thought of you.. Love you bro

Just thinking of you today Jeff. Hope Beans made it up to say hello before heading to the Rainbow Bridge. Hopefully you can both be together once and for all eventually. My nephew finished his first year in the Marines and is stationed at Camp Lejeune in NC., he says he loves it but not sure he will stay on after his time is up. He really wants to be a police officer. He says he sure is learning a lot. I think about you often and hope you are always watching down on your mom, Kim and Brian and even your dad. Everyone needs a guardian angel out there. You have a funny way of reaching out, not sure how it is but I have sensed it for some time and its kind of crazy! Your mom and siblings certainly miss you a lot. I know your grandma passed which was very hard for your mom as close as they were, hope she came up to be near you. Well, enough for now, I am sure I will be back soon, although it has been a while since my last entry. It's been pretty hectic with the kids schedules etc., but I always make time to think about you and what you have done to sacrifice your life for all of us! I will be back again soon! Until then, keep watching out and protecting the ones you love!

Jeff, my brother.

I don't know how to say any of this so I guess I'll just type it here.

I remember when it happened. I was 13. I never forgot that day. Though we've never met, I make it my duty when I am stateside to clean your grave and share a beer or two. I know you know this.

For as long as I am alive, I will never stop speaking your name. I've lost brothers but you.... You, Jeff, have a mysterious way of reaching out.

Semper Fidelis, My Brother.
When my time comes, I will relieve you of your duty on Heavens streets. Rah.

Previously, at this time, and for the future yet to be, remembering your son and the men and women of the past and present who have heroically served our country. May all the families who have lost men and women in the armed forces have the ability to endure and cope with the daily challenges in the absence of their loved onesyou and the many families like you are not forgotten! May the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard and Air Force, retired, wounded and actively serving, obtain all their necessities: spiritual and temporal and be protected from all adversity-Amen.

November 4, 2014

My son, Thomas, just joined the Navy -- stationed in Hawaii -- in Sept.of this year there was a Heroes and Remembrance display for all the fallen military men and women since 9/11 - roughly 7,000. He contacted my husband - Retired Ssgt Robert D. Conkey and asked if he knew anyone that my son could try to find in the memorial and Bob said he knew both Cpl. Squires and Cpl Boskovitch. My son lovingly as brothers in military searched through the rows of boots and found both boys. He laid a lei around each boot and took pictures. I have made a framed memorial for each of the boys' parents/family but do not know how to reach them, so I am reaching out here - don't know if anyone will read this, but I hope so before 11/11/14 Veterans' Day but any time is appreciated.... With love to two families that I have never met, I cannot know your loss, but as I type this I can only imagine as my only son is 24 and just deployed.... Semper Fi... My email address is: [email protected] if anyone can help my husband, Robert Conkey (he used to be at the Strongsville VF Post) or me, connect with these 2 families. My cell is 440-221-8100.

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Boskovitch Family know that we recently sent Care Packages to American troops in the war zones. Each box carried a dedication sheet that includes the name, service information and a photo of your loved one. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals in the youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you strong.
