To the Flint family. My condolences and prayers continue to go out to you and for Marion. Although it has been 2 years I am sure for you it is just like yesterday feeling the pain and missing him. I hope you have gotten some peace through prayers for you. My son served with both Marion and Grant and had nothing but the utmost respect for them, he was with them that day. God bless you and remember your warrior is in heaven and with the angels and at peace.

I know that today is the 16th but it was just to much for me to write in here on yesterday. If you only knew still how much you are missed. I'm better but I still think of you everyday that goes by. I know the Lord knows best,but I still find myself two years later asking why. I love and will forever miss you. Until we meet again. I LOVE YOU BUGG.

We have once again hit the day you left us and we miss you so much. Are lives are not the same with out you and you will NEVER be forgotten. It seems everytime the 15th of May comes closer, memories of when they came to me to tell me you were gone reappear in my mind and causes me to cry.That day still seems like just a bad nightmare... I miss you so much and still can't believe your gone..Me and the kids love you and will continue to embrace you in our hearts..I love you Jay!!!

I didn't know Marion, but I attended his funeral service with the Patriot Guard. His life has profoundly touched mine and I have decided to become an Army Chaplain in order to minister to men of such high caliber as SSgt. Flint.

Hey Bugg,
Wow, it's been almost two years and I still can't believe it. Its taken awhile for me write this, but it is a reality. I remember the last time you were here & we were all at a cookout @ Teds house in Chatham Park, at that point you were reminiscing about the days back in the hood, how life was different in the military, and your next mission to go back. Who would have known that would've been the last time good times, good eats, good memories & good drinks would be shared. Your family & friends miss you dearly, but we all no you are w/the Master and he makes no mistakes.
Family, keep on pressing on & keep your heads up for we know one day you will meet up with Bugg again.
