Hello,

We wanted you to know that we will be honoring and remembering your loved one this holiday season. We have recently sent Care Packages to our deployed troops in his name. Each package will carry the name, photo, service branch, rank and hometown of Juantrea T. Bradley US Army Staff Sergeant.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community, our family, friends and many others who support our mission.

We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you safe and strong.

Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family

You were my squad leader in 2nd plt 149 under SFC Cario. I will never forget all the memories we had in 149 on to 155. You are the best of the best and will always remain so for eternity. You used to pick me up from the barracks in your red suburban. We would also get you to hang out with us anytime there was something going on after final formation. From bowling to Paul's deli on Wed nights to local get togethers you always tried to be there for all of us while maintaining a father role for your incredible family. You had a heart of gold and everybody around you loved you so much. You are my brother and a friend. I will never forget you. Please look over all of us as you did as a mentor, a protector and a family member.

--- All of my fellow 149 and 155 STAND UP ! !--

You are our hero B-Rad and you have touched everyone's heart that you have ever met. Much love and respect to you and your family. God bless

I want to thank you Bradley family for your sacrifice. I am humbled by the strength and support I have seen around this family. I am a silent observer as I have no words to express how I feel. I was a fairly new christian when this accident happened and seeing your family's strength and faith has caused me to seek that intimate connection with God myself. Thank you for everything, and I pray for your testimony to help others the way it has strengthened me.

My Dearest Sympathy & Respect To SSGT Juantrea Bradley's Family.
My first Duty Station is FT Eustis and SSgt Bradley was my NCO there, Our Squad was a Tight squad, he made it that way, for us all to take care of one-another! SSGT Bradley defined to me and i know our squad what it was to be a real NCO, This Warrior was there, no matter what time or place, how simple or tough SSGT Bradley and Ava Bradley took care of his soldiers, and He will never be forgotten! SSGT Bradley never fronted for anything, he keep it real and told it like it was. 7th SB will never forget this Warrior. He Truely touched a piece of our hearts & soles. This was my first deployment, and the time I spent with SSGT bradley, I have learned alot from him. I am very greatful to have had him as my NCO and to have had him in a part of my life. I know he is still with his family right now, looking down upon them and friends guiding us in our ways with prayers as we pray every day. This Soldier stood tall and firm for his family and his Dreams and, this Country & will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!NEVER!

There is nothing that I can say or do to take away the pain or bring you peace in your time of sorrow, but I will offer you and your family my heart felt condolences. I also offer you my prayers that in time the pain will easy and the memories of your HERO will carry you through each day and night. I want to thank your HERO, for his/her selfless act of becoming a member of the armed forces, his/her willingness to defend the United States of America, all that we hold sacred and for the sacrifice that will forever be etched in the memories of all those who knew him/her. Though tears can never bring him/her back, we hope that our tears express our gratitude for the sacrifice that he/she made and our sorrow at his/her passing. I believe for every fallen HERO there is a star shining brightly up above to remind us of the precious gift we were given.

Your mission on earth is complete and you are now a member of GOD’s Heavenly armed forces. Stand down brave warrior and take your rightful place in Heaven with all the HEROES who have passed before.

I made a special promise to LE RON A. WILSON, a dear family friend who joined the Army with three other friends, one of whom is my son (Le Ron was killed in action on 07/06/07 at the age of 18) on the day he was laid to rest as I touched his coffin, that I would never forget him nor would I forget those that gave their lives for our country before him, with him and after him and so when I came across www.legacy.com, I thought what a great way to keep my promise to Le Ron, so I will continue to leave tributes in each guest book until the day there is no longer the need to leave these tributes to a FALLEN HERO.

REST IN PEACE, HERO, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!

I would also like to tell you about a website, http://groups.msn.com/SSPSoldierPor
traits/homepage,
where some wonderful people will make wood portraits of your fallen Hero for free for the immediate family. I became aware of this site when I wanted to do something special for Le Ron’s mother.

As stated at the memorial service...

We've been here in Fort Eustis for a little over a year now the Bradley's were the first family we met.

I've been here only a little over a year and needless to say I was honored when SSG Bradley's wife asked me to say something about him today. It us a wonderful honor and I hope to fulfill it well.

"How many men and woman, how many friends have we had to say good-bye too? I have lost count. Every single one has fought for our freedom. And for this we are truly grateful."

SSG Juantrea Bradley was an outstanding leader, mentor and non-commissioned officer. If you ever needed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on, his door was always open. He was a loving husband and wonderful father to his children.

SSG Bradley was a very good friend of ours. He and his family were there for us when we needed them the most. It is only right that we do the same at their time of need. I will treasure that forever.

The Bradley's door mat should read: "Welcome: Enter as a guest, leave as a friend." This is what he was to all of us-our friend. He touched many people in his life and so he will remain in our hearts. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends...everyone, everywhere.

Someone had once said of a dear comrade, "This man is my friend, nobody touched him." This describes Trea to us and this is how we will remember him. He is our friend...nobody touched him.

Nature

As a fond mother, when the day is o'er,
Leads by the hand her little child to bed,
Half willing, half reluctant to be led,
And leave his broken playthings on the floor,
Still gazing at them through the open door,
Nor wholly reassured and comforted
By promises of others in their stead,
Which, though more splendid, may not please him more;
So Nature deals with us, and takes away
Our playthings one by one, and by the hand
Leads us to rest so gently, that we go
Scarce knowing if we wish to go or stay,
Being too full of sleep to understand
How far the unknown transcends the what we know.
