I love you and miss you everyday Jameel. You are a great husband, friend, father, martial artist, comdian, and soldier. You are always in my heart. I loved that we could talk about anything. There are so many things I wish I could talk and laugh with you about. I wish that you were here to help me raise our daughter together and see how much she acts like you. Forever frozen in time with you my love, my heart, my everything, Jameel. Muah

Black Belt Freeman (as my family and I know you) it was nice to have gotten to know you and your family. I thank you for all the years of experince you have taught my son in the form of martail arts.
I know my wife and I have told you before but you are one of the reasons why Dj has matured in the art in the ways that he has.
That longggg ride to chicago for the tournament was crazy but I got to know a real good guy. And I will never forget you or what you stand for.
Much Love, from
The DeRamus Family...
P.S.
Dj says thank you and he really misses you.

I know there are no words to say at this time, except how sorry that I am. I truly feel your loss and pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Jameel will never be forgotten.
For you every single soldier
Those who served so honorable
Your life was forever altered
While I’m home safe and free
I stand with grateful admiration
I stand respectful and so proud
I know I’m only a civilian
And I don’t even know if it’s allowed
But I salute you; allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
Even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
My humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.
I salute you.
For those missing in action;
for those who didn’t make it home.
I know you’re in God’s presence you are not alone.
For every neatly folded flag;
for every shattered family
I will do the only thing I know to dignify your memory.
I salute you, allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
my humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.
I salute you.
I Salute You.
