Donald Seminoro Obituary

SEMINORO Donald Joseph Seminoro, age 60, of Bridgeport, died unexpectedly of a heart attack on Friday, April 2, 2004, at his home. He was born in Bridgeport, on March 14, 1944, a son of the late Samuel Seminoro and the late Mary Ann (Sampson) Bernaski. Donald was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport, and a former employee of the City of Bridgeport. He was a very kind and generous person who will be sadly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his devoted sisters, Regina Gazsi and Mary French, both of California; two aunts; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his Mom, Mary Ann (Sampson) Bernaski; and a brother, Carmen Seminoro. A private interment took place in St. Michael Cemetery in Stratford, with the Rev. David C. Leopold of St. Ann's Church, Bridgeport, officiating. There were no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of the donor s choice. The Spadaccino Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Route 111, Monroe, was in charge of arrangements. See www.spadfh.com for more information.
