How long does it take to create a Moving Tribute™?
If you have the photograph(s) saved on your computer, a Tribute can be completed
in less than 15 minutes. Tributes are created through an online

Tributes are intended to remain online permanently.

Can I save my work as I'm creating the Tribute?
Yes. The easy-to-use online interface allows you to save your work at any point,
so you can return at a later date to finish your Tribute.

How many photos can a Moving Tribute™ contain?
You can use up to 10 photographs for a 1-minute Tribute, 20 photographs for a 2-minute Tribute,
and 30 photographs for a 3-minute Tribute.
Each photograph may include a caption.

How do I add music to my Tribute?
You can select background music from a variety of
musical selections we provide. Simply check the box next to
your selection to add the song to your Tribute. To hear samples of our current musical selections,
please click here and use the "Play Sample" button
next to each selection.

Can I add my own music?
Unfortunately, copyright restrictions prevent us from allowing
music other than the musical selections we provide.

What is the playing time for a Moving Tribute™?
Tributes will play for either 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes, depending on
which version you have selected. After the Tribute has played and the text appears,
you may scroll through the photos or the text for as long as you like.

How long can my voice narrative be?
Voice narrative may be as long as 60 seconds in length. If a voice narrative is recorded
for either the 2-minute or 3-minute Tribute, the narrative will play for the first 60
seconds of the Tribute.

Can I e-mail the Tribute?
Yes. Once the Tribute has played, you will have
the opportunity to send the Tribute to one or more e-mail addresses.
You can also e-mail the Tribute to yourself to be forwarded on
at your convenience.

I already have a video tribute on a CD/tape/DVD -
can I use that file for my Moving Tribute™?
We are unable to include video files in Tributes.
You are welcome to use images or screen captures from your
existing video, but they must be saved on your computer as
photo files.

Can I download the Tribute?
Yes. The Tribute is available for download, viewable at any time within your Internet browser.
After your Tribute is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to download your
Tribute file.

Is a Moving Tribute™ the same as an obituary?
No. A Moving Tribute™ is an online multimedia product that uses photos, music
selection, voice message, and text to create a unique and lasting memorial.

Does the Moving Tribute™ include a Guest Book? Can people submit their own photos and messages to the Moving Tribute™?
No. Moving Tributes™ do not include Guest Books. A Guest Book is included with a
paid obituary or memorial notice through one of our newspaper affiliates. For more

There is a limit of 500 words, including spaces and punctuation.

How long will it take for my Moving Tribute™ to appear online after I submit it?
Moving Tributes™ are typically reviewed and posted within one business day,
unless further death verification is required.
