I am personally blessed to have met Ray and will always remember the wonderful company and conversations. The love you shared will be in your heart forever. Ray will live on for many, many years in the minds, hearts and souls of those who had the opportunity to have met and known him. My deepest sympathies to you and the entire family.

Our prayers and deepest sympathies to our sister Dawn and the entire Lamoureux family. Living in RI we did not get to enjoy Ray’s company as much as we would have liked, but anytime we did, it was a pleasure. Ray was a great father, father-in-law to my brother Nate, and one of the best grandfathers I ever knew. Our family will truly miss him.

Ann, my deepest sympathy to you and your family, especially at this time of year. I lost my Dad on Christmas Eve in '06' and it will forever be linked to what is usually a very joyous period. I'll miss my political conversations with Ray. He and I were always on the same wave-length. I feel glad and honored to have spent the time with him and with all of you off and on over the years. Ann - I love you. I'm so glad that you've become a part of my life (through by best girl, Helen II). I got to know you before I really met Ray. But just a couple of summers ago I had the chance to sit and talk to him (and you, Jess, Bernie, and The Pretty One...our own little Ross Reunion right smack in the middle of Mechanicsburg). We talked forever into the wee hours of the morning and it was fabulous!! Dear God....I loved his stories! He is so funny, so smart, so charming, so loved, and such a lover of life himself. He rocks!! I am so glad that I had that chunk of time with him; it was pure and substantial, and left a vivid impression on me. I didn't get to see him much later on especially after the move to NYC, but every memory of him is full and happy and delicious. He is such an impressive and gifted man. I am grateful beyond expression that I was able to know him just a little more before he left us. Much love to you and huge hugs to you and your family.

I met Ray through my sister, Dottie Ross, who was a true friend. I didn't know Ray very well, but I do know that he was an intelligent and gracious person. May he rest in peace.

I knew Ray for nearly 20 years, as both my uncle and friend. Our family is blessed with countless memories of him at holidays and other gatherings. What I will remember most, however, is the zest for life that characterized his every waking hour. A kind and gentle man has gone to his rest, and we are all the better for having been loved by him.

I did not personally know Mr. Lamoureux...however, with working with Gabrielle I felt that I did know him. My deepest sympathy to the family and my prayers are with you all.
