Dorothy Pagliarulo Obituary

ASHLAND Dorothy (Hanson) Pagliarulo, 64, of Ashland, died Monday, July 7, 2008, at the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. She was the beloved wife of Michael Aldo Pagliarulo. Born and raised in Natick, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary E. (Hurley) Hanson, she had been a resident of Ashland for the past 35 years. Educated in the Natick school system, Dorothy was a graduate of Natick High School, Class of 1962. Prior to her illness, she had been a Realtor for Berset and Taylor Realty in Ashland. Throughout her life, she enjoyed cooking, reading, but especially her career as a realtor. A devoted wife, mother and sister, Dorothy cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Michael F. Pagliarulo of Los Angeles and Susan Badeau and her husband, Roger, of Sherborn. She was the sister of Frances Seaholm of Leominster and the late Lawrence W. Hanson, and the grandmother of Mikael Badeau, 5, and Marissa Badeau, 9. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass in St. Patricks Church Natick, Thursday, July 10, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Dell Park Cemetery in Natick. A period of visitation will be held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common (www.everettfuneral.com), prior to the Mass beginning at 8:30 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Dorothys name to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Road, Suite 400, Waltham, MA 02451.
