Raymond H. Adams

NORTHBRIDGE Raymond Harold Adams, 57, of Northbridge, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at the Beaumont Rehabilitation Center in Northbridge. Born in Ohio, he was the son of Mabel (Pizzoferrato) Burns of Natick and the late Chester Adams. He was the husband of Heidi (Stone) Adams of Northbridge, whom he had known for nine years, and married one month ago. He was a Vietnam War U.S. Marine veteran and had lived in Northbridge for the past two years. Besides his mother and wife, he is survived by two sons, Jake Adams of New York, and Jeff Fay of New Hampshire; three stepchildren, Amanda Stone of Ashland, and Jamie and Chad Stone of Northbridge, as well as one sister, Patricia Marando of Bellingham. He is also survived by his former wife, Ellen Adams of New York. He is predeceased by one brother, Chester "Butch" Adams, who passed in 1999. A memorial service will take place Wednesday, July 16, at 12 p.m., at the Chesmore Funeral Home in Holliston, 854 Washington St., Rte. 16 (www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com.) A memorial benefit will take place Saturday, July 26, starting at 11 a.m., at the Pot Belly Pub in Millville.
