Joseph Quarto Baldini Jr.

SHREWSBURY Joseph Quarto Baldini, Jr., 71, of Shrewsbury, formerly of Natick, died unexpectedly at his home on Friday, Aug. 22, 2008. Born in Natick, the son of the late Joseph Q. Baldini, Sr. and Constance I. (Nichols) Baldini, Mr. Baldini was employed as a network engineer in the computer industry, having been employed by the Agfa Company in Wilmington and Cross Country in Medford, from which he retired in 2003. He was a longtime member of the Natick Elks and an avid sports fan, gardener and cook. Mr. Baldini also enjoyed travelling throughout New England, especially spending time in Vermont. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Jean (Snyder) Baldini; three daughters, Theresa Valente and Lauren Wilde of Milford and Kate Baldini of Hamden, Conn.; four sons, Joseph Q. Baldini III of Everett, Wash., Robert Baldini of Gilroy, Calif., and James and Christopher Baldini of Milford; his sister, Maria Lois Baldini of Framingham, and 12 loving grandchildren. Mr. Baldini was the husband of the late Helen (Madden) Baldini and father of the late Maria Hicklin. Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 57 Brown St., Weston, on Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Patricks Cemetery, Natick.
