So sorry to hear of Donnie's passing. A very generous soul. Our first "drop-in" fire at camp was his and though we were new he made us feel like one of the gang right away.
Our warmest sympathies to the rest of his friends and family.

My deepest condolences. I hope that you find some comfort in the following poem.
Dont' stand by my grave and weep,
For I am not there.
I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond's glint on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
In the soft hush of the morning light
I am the swift bird in flight.
Don't stand by my grave and cry,
I am not there,
I did not die.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
