May you find solace and healing in your memories.
a poem I wrote which I find poignant.
The Valkyrie
The war’s long been over.
The battle all but lost.
I stand proud and defiant.
My wounds mark my triumph.
My Courage. My love of life.
I will not go gently
Into the twilight of my Soul.

I thought you should hear from someone who shared a small slice of your life back in the mid 70s. I think you know what I mean. Anyway...I surely noticed your father's passing.

Mike my wife and I wish to express our condolences on the passing of your father. May your days be filled with fond memories, with pictures in your mind of days when this special man has helped to make you who you are today! I never met your father but if he was anything like you then he was a good and kind man. May our prayers go with you to help you thru these times of great sorrow.
