Miguel A. Candelario

Miguel Candelario MILFORD Miguel A. Candelario, 84, of Milford, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008, at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Lydia Avila Candelario. He was born in Hatello, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Juan and Felicita (Roman) Candelario, and had been a resident of Milford for over 20 years. He had previously lived in New York City. He had a passion for fishing and loved his family dearly. In addition to his cherished wife, he is survived by his loving sons, Angel, Luis and Jose; and his loving daughters, Aida and Olga; a sister, Milla; nine loving grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, at 9 a.m., from the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford (bumafuneralhome.com), followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. in St. Marys Church, 7 Winter St., Milford. Interment will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Milford. Visiting hours are Friday, Oct. 24, 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
