Rose M. Salvi

FRAMINGHAM Rose M. (Morreale) Salvi, of Framingham, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at Carlyle House in Framingham. She was the beloved wife of Aldeno Salvi, who died in 2003. Born in Waltham, she was the daughter of the late Carmelo and Josephine Morreale. Mrs. Salvi had been a resident of Framingham since 1974, and had formerly lived in Ashland and Waltham. She was the dear mother of Joanne M. Salvi of Framingham and Charles P. Salvi of Marlborough; and is also survived by her brothers, Vincent Morreale and his wife, Sally, of Waltham, and Joseph Morreale and his wife, Alice, of Marlborough. She was predeceased by her sister, Frances Granese and her brother, Raymond Morreale. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, and great-great-nieces and -nephews. A funeral service will be held Monday, Nov. 10, at 9 a.m., at the MetroWest Funeral and Cremation Service of Wadsworth-Chiappini, 318 Union Ave., Framingham, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverley St., Rte. 135, Framingham at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in St. Tarcisius Cemetery. Visiting hours are Saturday, Nov. 8, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 9, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
