ADELE K. URBAN
AGE: 88 PINE BEACH
Adele K. (Wnek) Urban, 88, of Pine Beach, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2009 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Elizabeth she lived in Pine Beach for the past 3 ½ years. She was a seamstress for Simmons Co., Elizabeth. Mrs. Urban was a member of the Polish Legion of American Veterans Ladies Auxiliary, Post 91.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Urban, Sr. (2006), devoted mother of Joseph F. Urban, Jr. and his wife Susan of Linthicum, MD., and MaryAnn Gasior of Pine Beach, NJ. Predeceased by her brothers Mathew, Henry and Walter Wnek and sister Sophie Noreiko, she was the cherished grandmother of Clifford, Dana, Christopher, Teresa Warfel, James, Mary, and Rachel Mertins and great grandmother of four.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 9:15 am from the Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home 2124 E. St. George Ave., Linden, N.J. at Elizabeth city line (908)352-9190. Funeral Mass St. Hedwig R.C. Church, Elizabeth 10:00 am. Internment Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Visitation Tuesday 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Hedwig R.C. Church, 717 Polonia St., Elizabeth, NJ 07202 would be appreciated.
