Bree Grandon Obituary

Bree Lauren Grandon, 20 VALLEY CENTER -- Bree Lauren Grandon went to be with Jesus on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Bree was born on March 25, 1990 in Anaheim and moved as an infant with her family to Valley Center. She was currently a Junior and Kinesiology major at Cal State San Marcos. Throughout her academic life, she was an honor student and Dean's List member. Bree loved people, water sports, hiking and her many pets. However, Bree's relationship with Jesus was her highest priority. Her family will deeply miss her, but they know that she is resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior. She is survived by her parents, Pete and Sally Grandon; brother, Ryan (Jessica) Grandon; sister, Christy (Andrew) Grandon Lowen; grandparents, Robert and Marilyn Grandon, and Peter Malandrinos; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service celebrating Bree's life will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Maxine Theater - 31322 Cole Grade Road in Valley Center. Memorial donations may be made to Ezra Bible Reading Ministry, 9864 Novara Lane, Cypress, Calif. 90630, or to Valley Center Community Church, 29105 Valley Center Road, Valley Center, Calif. 92082. Arrangements are by Valley Center Community Church and Alhiser-Comer Mortuary. Sign the Guest Book online obits.nctimes.com

Bree you will be in our hearts for eternity. I loved watching you grow up with my girls. Thank you for all the babysitting – they always loved spending time with you and Christy dressing up the dogs. We can take comfort in knowing that our families will someday all be together again at the side of our Lord Jesus Christ. Bree, I love and miss you more than you can imagine – but you already know that . Love, your Uncle Chris.

Sally and Const,
I am so sorry that you have lost your sweet wonderful daughter. She was too good for this world. I remember her as the little girl who was always smiling at me and carrying her cat on her head. Every time i think of her I smile. You will all be reunited some day. Take care of each other.

Bree,

There isn't a moment that goes by that I haven't thought of you. I miss all of the weekends we would go to church and help teach sunday school and then go to the beach after. Or all the golf cart rides, especially the one we got stuck in the mud, and ended up taking a mud bath...The other day I drove past the Lilac elementary school and thought of the time I got sick and we met my mom there...and I threw up and the next time we went there was still a stain (and we would always laugh haha eww). All of those memories will be in my heart forever. I love you so much Bree, and I miss you so much! I can't wait to see you and reunite in paradise. Pete, Sally, Ryan, and Christy, I love you all so much and I am so sorry for your loss. But we all know she is in a better place now, hanging out with our savior in paradise. My heart and prays are with you all.

I love you all,
Becca

To my sweet family,
I can never express how our hearts ache for all of you. I have mentally put myself in your shoes a thousand times now and still can’t imagine the pain you all must feel. We all loved Bree as if she were our own daughter/sister. Seeing Bree’s smile, kindness, and beauty was always a highlight of our many visits. Both Nicole and Rachel will miss all the time they spent with Bree. We all pray that you take comfort in knowing that she is at the side of both her grandmother (mom) and Jesus and there is no better place. We love you Const (i.e. Pete, my brother – in life and in Christ), Sally, Ryan, and Christine. And Bree, we love you and will miss you so much until we see you again someday. Love, your Uncle Chris, Aunt May, Nicole, and Rachel.

"BREE"
You're Free, You're Free,
Our prescious Bree,
No earthly suffering,
Was meant for thee.

Your life so pure,
And full of Grace,
And in your eyes,
We see God's Face.

And now with Jesus,
Do you reside,
No mortal vessel,
Your soul to hide.

Your Angelic voice,
Your eyes so blue,
We long so much
To be with you.

The pets you loved,
And God's creatures all,
will lament your leaving,
to follow God's call.

Your 20 years,
Of Love and laughter,
Of leading children,
And us caring after.

We Thank the Lord,
For your time and your Love,
And look forward to the day,
That we're with you,
In Heaven Above.

Bree, We Love you, Baby Girl! We miss you so much!
Love, Alex, Eleni, Christopher, and Maryanne Malandrinos

Dear Sally and family, I saw the name "Grandon" in obituaries and my heart sunk. I am so very sorry for the great loss of your fine young daughter. Some things in life are just beyond our understanding and I think losing one of our dear children must be one of them. I am so very sorry, Sally. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
