Alan Ziegenmeyer Obituary

Alan "Buster" Ziegenmeyer VALLEY CENTER -- Alan Ziegenmeyer passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 in his home at the age of 84 years old. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Gay Ziegenmeyer; and his brothers, William and Jerome Ziegenmeyer. He will be greatly missed by his three daughters, four grandchildren and great granddaughter. Alan was the owner of the Fuel Injection Laboratory, a business which he successfully ran for 30 years. Alan was actively involved in the community as a member of the Ford Model T Club, the Pigeon Club, and was a former President of the Valley Center Promenader's Square Dance Club. He was also involved with the Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum. Services for Alan will be held on Friday, October 1st, at the Resurrection Church, 1445 Conway Dr., Escondido, Calif. 92025. I was always pleased to see Alan come through the door with his big smile and pleasant attitude. He was a wonderful man and I always enjoyed talking with him. My God richly reward him.

Larry and Cindi Ciuffo send our prayers and condolences to Gay and family on the passing of Alan. We remember Alan as a member of the San Diego model T club.
Alan helped me with T parts I needed over the years. We will miss him.
