James Black Obituary

James Earl Black FALLBROOK -- James Earl Black passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010. He was born March 12, 1951 in Jackson, Tenn. Jim attended Memphis Technical High School and became the owner, creator and foundation of Custom Tiles Services. As an avid car enthusiast, his favorite pastime was building, driving and doing anything "hot rod" related. Jim is preceded in death by his father, Milton Black; and brother, Michael Black, and survived by his wife, Hollie Black; mother, Carol Black; brother, Lou (Cathy) Black; son, James Michael Black; daughter, April Black and her children, Brittani-Mae and Daniel; daughter, Heather (Dallas) Van Kempen, and their children, Drake and Elle; and daughter, Kimberly (John) Agnos, and their children, Lilah and Xander. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 20, at The Alta Vista Gardens at Brengle Terrace Park in Vista. Sign the Guest Book online obits.nctimes.com

I am writing this as my Aunt Carol is dictating to me the words she wants said: For my son Jim Black I would love to be there and love him with all my heart but I am just not able to travel over there at this time. I love each and every one of you kids and will always be here for you when you need me. My heart is aching for Jim being gone to soon, you never want to outlive your children. Love you all Grandma.
