Hi mom, I arrived and found nobody home when I opened the door. I sure wished that you would have been here to greet me. I know that you are in a better place. I will take care of things for you.

Hi mom. I will be there to help with your belonging for awhile and decide if I want to stay. I will be there this week. The only thing that will be missing will be you. I miss talking to you every night.

Dearest mom. I set here and wait until after 9:00 P.M. my time so that I can call you and see if you are home and see if you were ok so that I could talk to you for a few minutes. I knew that your time was valuable so that you could get your Christmas gifts done and sent, but I just had to hear your voice. I sure miss that time with you now. Many times you never said good-by, even the last time that I talked to you at the hospital. You only said that I need you now. Rest in peace untill I see you later. I'll miss you.

Sister Pierce, I still find it hard to believe that you are gone. Seems strange that we cannot pick the phone up...and hear your special "Hello"...as only you could say it...and hear you chuckle. Thank you for all the wonderful years of adding so much to our lives. Your kind of loyalty, faithfullness, and character is rare. You were a pillar to OGL and Pastor Carol, myself, and so many others were blessed in knowing you. We were so thrilled you came to Idaho. Helen will always miss you too.
Most of us thought you would outlive us! You told me so many times you wanted Jesus to take you if you couldn't take care of yourself. How wonderful you were with Holly and family at the last. You said many times if something happened you would live with Holly and no one else! Well, you have the best home of all, your "heavenly home"...by now you have reunited with so many friends and loved ones. I love you Sister Pierce and will see you again. Love, Sis.S give a hug to Pastor... and Lois and Ruby, and Paul...and all those we know....

We miss you so much already! It is odd not to be able to just pick up the phone and call or stop by.
Rick wants the kids and I to continue to play Yahtzee and Sequence with him, so he can keep his game up for when he sees you again.
Thank you for only ever wanting one thing from us and that was our love. Your kind and generous heart loved back unconditionally, no matter how far we strayed.
While the aching of our heart may deminish, we will never forget you. We long for the day we will see you again. Until then, dear sweet Big G, until then...

The meaning of the word "Christian" is to be "Christ-like". I can say without hesitation that Lorraine Pierce was a Christian. I am lucky enough to call her my Grandma. How blessed I am.
I miss you Grandma. We always had so much fun together, and what plans we had for this trip! I'm sorry we didn't get to do everything we wanted to do. I'm so sad, and miss you every day. But, I'm thrilled for you. You are dancing on the streets of Glory with Sis. Carol & Bill, and all the other friends who've gone before you. Your body is whole and you have no pain.
I know I'll see you again some day. That is something I look forward to!
I love you Grandma!!

I miss you Grandma!! We had so many fun times planned. You were THE BEST Grandma EVER!!!

We are so sorry for your loss. Mrs. P was a great lady. I met her when she had the upholstery shop near our Snow White Laundry. She and my mom were good friends. Later Mrs. P helped us on several occasions including my daughters weddings. She was always gracious and such a nice person. She will be missed.

Mom P:
We miss you already. You were so witty, stubborn, funny, kind and a total trip. My fondest memory was when we watched the Super Bowl together last year and ate Chinese food. You identified the winning team as the blue team. That was so fun! It was totally rewarding just watching you enjoy the game and have a good time.
We'll miss our trips together at Home Town and just hanging out at Mom B's.
We know you are having the BEST party you could have ever imagined with Pastor Carol, your loved ones, my Grandma and Aunt. This all happened so quickly, but I know you knew we loved you. I'm glad you were at my Mom's birthday dinner at Mom B's house. We have that last memory of you and we'll see you again some day.
We'll miss your "duh's" in mid-sentence and that right hand that gets going. Your laugh will stand out forever as you became tickled. And, your overall sense of humor was great.
We love you Mom P....

I will never forget weekends on the river with you warning me not to touch the snapping turtles,or the Sunday fish dinners at your house.I'll always remember Victor and Richard playing with us little girls tickling us and making us scream. Richards black eye because I accidently kicked,(he always reminds me of that so I thought I would say it before he could). Thank you for the beautful blanket you crocheted for Billy when he was born ..it's still in use by my grandchildren. I love you Aunt Lorraine..Rest in Peace, if anybody deserves to you do.
