Dear Verna, John, Kristie, Pam and Tricia and all the Sillers family,
the Logan and Brombacher family send our deep condolences to each of you. Archie was a remarkable man who lived a wonderful inspiring life, giving of his intelligent, caring leadership and his great sense of humor to his family and friends. Our Dad, Ken Logan, loved to chat with Archie and remember their roots in North Dakota, including the attending of the same high school and playing on the basketball team together. Their friendship was indeed precious and Archie took the time to document both of their WWII military careers and services. We keep those pages close to us. Archie was Dad's closest friend. Archie and Verna shared good times and fellowship with our family as the children grew up. Iris reminisced yesterday about Archie and Verna being such good friends when they lived in San Bernardino. We send our love and heartfelt sympathy to each of you, and know that Verna is being surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. We will attend the memorial service.
