He is my hero and wished it never happened loved his job, Richard, Mikey, junior, and Dale Earnhardt inc not only that but his spirit moves on with jr and the family and carried steve to victory and eventually pushed dale jr to win at daytona the same year he tought me to never give up and be tough like the intimidator he was special to my dad and grandfather so i wish he was still hear and i wish he could give me more confidence and i hope I become a driver and when i do im gonna dedicate every win at his tracks to him

My Sincere Condolences to Dale Jr. , Kellie and all his Family.
That was a terrible sad day for America, but especially for his family. They like all of us thought he was invincible. I wore his shirts , collected his cars, I thankfully got to see him win Rockingham which was true Earnhardt fashion. The really sad part was how Michael must have felt in the winner’s circle waiting on his friend who believed in him. Dale had been in worse looking wrecks. I am still shocked and sad. Everytime I watch a race now, I think of Dale. I was watching that race at my sons house, I have never watched TV at his house since. I wore his shirts a week after that tragic accident then put them all up.
He would definitely be proud of Dale Jr. and Kellie. I can’t imagine how hard it was for them. It’s 2023 and he’ll be missed forever.

I was always a fan of Dale Earnhardt since I first saw him race on TV. I guess that was after he left Bud Moore's team, as I can't ever remember his driving a Ford. Anyway, Dale, you were my favourite driver to the point that after we lost you, I think 've only seen maybe five races since. I don't even follow it anymore. When we lost you, I lost my interest in NASCAR. Rest in Peace, Dale.
