A son of Coney Island, he loved the lore and history of this fabled place of dreams that is no more.His humor and fanciful imagination permeated all his life and he brought that quality to his loving family and friends with great charm. We shall miss him

Dear Libby and family,
We loved Dave and are very sorry we couldn't come to the funeral. He was such a funny, talented and generous man. A great uncle and good friend. He was a mover and shaker, a real go-getter and a threat on the tennis court. Sarah and I send our condolences and love to you all.
