To Mona and Michael and Clifford, and of course, Jack, no words can adequated describe how much sadness we feel for all of you. Carl was such a delightful and fun-loving person and we were enriched by the happy times we spent in his company. From the many family mitzvahs, weddings, brises and holiday meals, Carl was a presence whom we will miss. Please know you are all in our thoughts with condolences for this huge loss to all of you.

Although my contact with Carl was mostly through work, I really got to know him through his conversations about his family.
He always spoke lovingly about his wife Mona and his sons.
When his grandson was born, a day didn't go by without Carl telling a story about a first step, a new word, or even a five minute discussion about how the baby looked into his eyes.
May all of his family take comfort in knowing the joy and happiness they brought him in this life.

Lori and I adored him when we were little. He gave us Humpty Dumpty dolls and we kept them for yearsuntil the stuffing fell out. There are no words to express the memories of a favorite uncle that was so young and fun. I can close my eyes and still see him in his Dewitt Clinton high school jacket. Lori and I loved him very much. Now they are both gone and I am so very sad. I hope that he and "Loki" are somehow together again. Life took a toll on him, but 60 years ago he was a young beautiful man full of determination and spit and vinegar. He will always be that man in my memory
