O'MALLEY - Mary (nee McLaughlin) on July 12, 2008 at the age of 98 years, of West Islip and Amityville. Cherished wife of the late Michael. Beloved aunt of the Conlon, McLaughlin, Anatrella, Baker, Canarie, O'Malley and Walsh families. Good friend of Dominican Village residence, West Islip Asmerican Legion Auziliary and St. Monica's. Wake will be held at at Giove Funeral Home, Route 25, Middle Island, N.Y. on Monday 2-4 and 7-9:30. Funeral Mass will be at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Randall Road, Shoreham on Tuesday 12 PM. Internment at Long Island National Cemetery, Pinelawn, N.Y.

Our family has been truly blessed to have had such a wonderful caring neighbor for so many years. We are truly sad to learn of "Mrs. O'Malley's" passing but we will never forget what a wonderful,caring,generous person she was to everyone she met. We will always remember those Horton Street days and the endless supply of candy for the neighborhood children. May God bless you.
