Wow...it`s been 12 years since the last entry, a sure sign that you will never be forgotten. You were loved more than you could ever have known during your short time on this planet. Words really can´t describe you...you were the whole deal, though, beautiful inside and out. One could become lost in your eyes; but, in reality, in those mesmerising emerald eyes, one was truly found. We celebrated every moment of life when we were together...simply the pure joy of knowing each other and loving each other. I miss you so much, as I have the many years since we last saw each other. I was so hoping to see you again on earth, but I guess I`ll just have to wait a little while longer for the perfect reunion in heaven. Love you forever, my friend.

I think of Diana often and miss her still. I often wonder if she realized the impact that she had on my life and the person that I am today? I only regret that I never told her.

To the Grell Family:
While I lost contact with Diane and her family after Graduating High School I will always remember my first "girlfriend" and our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made by Mrs. Potter. I am just happy to hear she did so well with her life. My condolances to the whole family.

There is a saying in the Talmud, that "She Who Saves One Life is As One Who Has Saved The Whole World". Diana saved many lives as a nurse and teacher. As a friend, a daughter, a mother and as a sister-mine, she touched more lives than we will ever know.
Diana was a bright light in a world that was all too often filled with darkness and depair.
Her smile, courage and irreverance made her loved by all who knew her and all whose life she touched.
Here light still burns bright, it burns in the night sky, the stars, and in the sea.
I know she is gone in body just as much as i know her spirit lives on in all of us who know her.
I love you Di. I always did and i always will. Until will meet again.
With love and sadness;
Chris

For you, Diana.......
"Back in the old days, so many years ago, when a woman went on a journey by sea, all her family and all her friends and neighbors would gather on the shore to see her off.
They would watch her boat getting smaller and smaller as it approached that place where the deep blue of the ocean met the lighter blue of the sky.
And as her boat disappeared beyond that horizon they would raise their arms in farewell and anxiously say to each other "there she goes".
But what they didn't realize is that on the other side of that horizon is everyone she has known and loved that have passed on, waiting for her with their arms outstretched and saying "look, here she comes."

My sister loved the Ocean and the beach. Though I miss her dearly, I see her face in the waves and I hear her voice in the wind. It is strange, but I find comfort, knowing she is there !
