BERG - Adolph, of Carle Place, N.Y. on July 21, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Ruth. Devoted father of Maureen Insua, Robert (Pam) and Carolee. Loving grandfather of Jennifer, Nicholas, Andrew, Bobby, Danny and great-grandfather of Joshua, Sophia, Jacob and Anna. Dear brother of Arthur, Anna Houghland and Rachel Lesser. Also survived by his nieces and nephews. Community and civic volunteer, longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church and graduate of NY School of Aviation. Visitation at Weigand Bros Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY on Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Religious Service Friday 10:30am at St. John's Lutheran Church. Interment to follow Pinelawn Memorial Park.
