I’ll be a man who honors his word
Who offers an ear to those seldom heard

I’ll be a man who toils and sweats
And live through each moment without a regret

I’ll be a man who enlivens a crowd
I’ll jest and I’ll joke while laughing out loud

I’ll be a man whose smile is wide
With a face that’s aglow with confidence and pride

I’ll be a man who is humble and yielding
For my sword of kindness is the one I’ll be wielding

I’ll be a man who honors his friends
Who will always be available regardless of trends

I’ll be a man whose family comes first
Who stands strong and firm when times are at their worst

Grandpa, I thank you, for I aspire to be
The man that you were and in my heart will always be

Love Jimmy, Dolores, and Ashley
