DENNIHY - John E., of Van Etten, NY (formerly of Brentwood) on August 8th 2008. Beloved husband of the late Joyce. Loving and devoted father of Kevin (Linda), David (Ida), Laurie (Mike), Chris (Donna) and Diane (Doug). Pampering Pap of 10 grandchildren. Dear brother of Marie, Margaret and the late Daniel and Helen. WWII naval veteran and longtime Grumman employee. Reposing Sunday 2-5 and 7-9pm at Clayton Funeral Home, Inc., 25 Meadow Rd. (cor. of Indian Head Rd.), Kings Park. Religious Service will take place Monday 10am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at L.I. National Cemetery Pinelawn, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to North Shore Animal League, 25 Davis Ave. Port Washington, NY 11050
