Leonard Fischbach Obituary

FISCHBACH - Leonard I. DDS, of New Hyde Park passed away on August 13, 2008 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Jeanne, caring and devoted father of Julie and John Covelli, Danielle, Amanda and the late Lori Fischbach. Loving Grandpa to Johnny, Stephanie and Tommy Covelli. Dr. Fischbach, a compassionate dentist for over forty years, was respected and admired by patients and colleagues alike. He will be dearly missed and remembered fondly by all. Services will be held on Friday, August 15, 2008 at Sinai Chapels in Fresh Meadows, NY at 10:15am. Donations in his memory may be made to the Hospice Care Network, 99 Sunnyside Blvd, Woodbury, NY 11797.
