BURLEW - Ann, of Baldwin on September 2. Talented artist, exceptional cook and lover of animals, especially dogs. Beloved wife of Robert W. Dearest mother of Maria and John, Richard and Bianca, Cindy and Michael, Donald, Christopher and Joanna. Cherished grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of six. Loving sister of Minnie Kitzerow and Sal LaForte. Family and friends may visit at Towers Funeral Home, 2681 Long Beach Rd., Oceanside, Thursday 7-9pm and Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Christopher's R.C. Church, Baldwin, Saturday 9:45am. Interment following at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann's memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
