I just saw Rob's passing mentioned in the quarterly Marquette University magazine just this evening. I remember him from school. I graduated in the class ahead of him. I did not know him well but as soon as I saw his name I was able to picture him. He was a friendly, nice guy. I had forgotten he was from Long Island (I'm from Merrick). I will mention his death to some other people from Marquette who probably knew him. My condolences to his family.

My sincere condolences to you on the loss of your husband and father, Bob. I shared an office with Bob years ago at Doubleday and remember how much he loved his family. My thoughts are with you.
