Ronald Fisher Obituary

FISHER - Ronald S., of Westbury/Carle Place on September 10, 2008. Cherished husband of Wendy. Loving father of Sharon (Douglas) Gray, and Gregory Fisher. Cherished grandfather of Aurora Gray. Devoted son of Russell Fisher. Loving brother of Barbara Fisher, and Janelynne Massey. Ronald was a respected teacher for 35 years in the Great Neck Public Schools and spent many summers as pool director for the Village of Mineola. In his early years Ron played minor league baseball with the Kansas City Athletics. Memorial visitation on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9pm at the Donohue Cecere Funeral Home located at 290 Post Ave., Westbury, N.Y. (516) 334-2424. Religious Service at Donohue Cecere Funeral Home on Saturday 10:30am. Inurnment following at Greenfield Cemetery.
