Dad,
Not a day goes by without a tear shed for missing you. I wish I had been able to let you know how much you meant to me and how many things you taught me as a child growning up and as an adult. I will love you forever!
By the smile you had on your face as you left your earthly home, I am comforted to know that you are with Jesus, Mom, and all the loved ones who passed before you.
God Bless you and keep you forever and ever.
Love, Sandy : )

Daddy, it doesn't get any easier the longer you're gone. I just miss you more and more every day. You have left a big hole in my heart right next to the one that Mommy left when she died. "They just don't make 'em like you anymore." You were a friend to all and always had a joke and a good word for everyone. I will love and miss you until the day I die and am fortunate to have had you for a father for as long as I did. Goodbye and God bless you.
Love and hugs and kisses-xoxoxo

Grandpa requested this poem be read in his memory:
Crossing The Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.

I have many memories of my uncle Irv, he was so funny, had so many funny sayings (Karen did it). My birthdays will never be the same with out him calling & singing to me, I always looked forward to that. I will truly miss him & love him always!!

Mr. Smith was not only in my Dad's fire company but our neighbor. I always loved petting his beloved dog as a child. I know my Dad was excited to share his fishing photo with him & I hope he was able to enjoy it. He was always such a wonderful person & will truly be missed. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Irv was a long time friend of Irene and Percy Wood. Irv will be missed, especially on June 19th when he would call and sing Happy Birthday to Irene every year as he did with Audrey before she passed. Rest in Peace Irv, you were a kind man. With sincere condolences, Irene Wood and Family

Please accempt my sympathy.
I had the pleasure of knowing both of your parents, (I grew up just around the corner). In the last several years, I've gotten to know Mr Smith much better. I enjoyed talking to him while he was taking Lilly for her morning walks. We talked about many things: the state of the neighborhood, his fire house, his family, my family and the renovations that have been on-going ( slowly) since my husband and I bought my parents house ten years ago. I will remember the warmth of his smile and the great talks we shared. I will miss him.
May he rest with those who have already passed and find peace and happiness forever.
