Roderick Kennark Obituary

KENNARK - Roderick F. Jr., 100, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2008, in Edison, N.J. Born in Brooklyn, he was a long time resident of Lindenhurst. Mr. Kennark was an Army veteran of WWII and a graduate of St. John's University in New York. He had been a collection agent for the IRS. He was predeceased by his brother John G. Surviving are, his devoted sister, Sally Scheuerer and brother-in-law, Raymond, and two loving nieces, Elizabeth and Susan. Mass of Christian Burial was Wednesday, October 15, at St. Anne's Church in Garwood, N.J. Interment was in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens. Donations in his memory may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 210 So. Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst, N.Y. 11757.
