To my mind, the phrase "salt of the earth" best describes Wini Howlett. In every conversation I had with her, Wini showed unparalleled good sense and wry observations about the people in her life. Yet, she was completely compassionate, never meanspirited. She understood all, she was good. To dear Frank and their children, I send my sincere condolences.
