Who could have imagined that a telephone company get together more than 50 years ago could lead to a lifelong friendship that would bring so much joy and happiness to the Gamper's and the Diefenbach's, and our extended families. Everytime
we got together/get together, we had lots of fun, lots of laughs, and we always looked forward to it.

We will always cherish these memories from the days Uncle Wil would lead the kids through the back yard kiddie pool to the holiday get togethers, and on through the growth of our families. We are all so blessed to have "Uncle Wil" in our family. We all loved him, and will keep him in our hearts.

See you tomorrow,

Doug

We loved 'Uncle Wil' very much! Doug and I have many, many great memories of our family get-togethers! Of course I have to reminisce about exchanging Christmas presents in mid-summer and getting the gloves! I will always remember Uncle Wil firing up the gas engine plane, making one loop around and getting it hung up in the tree in our backyard! I really enjoyed Uncle Wil's humor and creativity! And I enjoyed growing up with you Patch and Bobby. I'm not sure who was more of an instigator, me or Bobby!
Love,
Jimmy Diefenbach and family (Nancy, Michael, and Daniel)
p.s. please be sure to go to snapfish.com and select the album 'Uncle Wil'. They are very old slides that Uncle Eddy took!
