Kaitlin Charity Obituary

CHARITY - Kaitlin Anne, of East Islip, on October 20, 2007. Kaitlin was a loving daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She will be dearly missed by all. Reposing Thursday 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 pm at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk Hwy., W. Sayville. Funeral Mass Friday 11:00 am at St. John Nepomucene RC Church, Bohemia. Interment to follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Sayville, L.I. www.raynordandrea.com.

Kaitlyn was an amazing young woman. I feel honored to have known her. I always told Barb that, if I ever had a daughter, I'd want her to be like Kaitlyn, and I'd want our relationship to be as close as Kaitlyn and Barb. My heart hurts for you everyday, Barb. Kaitlin was one of the best roommates I have ever had. She made me feel right at home when I was scared to move in with people I didn't know. She taught me so much and always told me to live life to the fullest. Kait, you are an angel who will truely be missed. The world is now a better place because you have been in it.

Kate's personality always made me want to be around her, and she never failed to make me laugh. Most importantly, though, Kate was someone I could always count on for support. As her RA, you wouldn't think that I would have relied on her from time to time, but we developed a true friendship for which I'm forever grateful. I am so glad to have had Kaitlin in my life, if only for a short while. I truly will never forget her.

I admire your family's courage and strength in this difficult time and my thoughts are with you. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful person into this world, and into my life.
