Judith Pellerin Obituary

Judith Ann Pellerin 1955 - 2008 NORTH ADAMS Judith Ann Pellerin, 52, of 22 Galvin Road died Saturday, July 12, 2008, at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in North Adams on Nov. 4, 1955, a daughter of Robert B. and Nancy A. Tanguay Nichols, she was educated in local schools, graduating from Drury High School with the Class of 1973. She also attended Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield. Mrs. Pellerin was first employed at the former Sprague Electric Company until 1982. She was a devoted homemaker for her husband and family and later became associated with the Williamstown Medical Associates as a medical transcriptionist for 11 years. She then joined the Clark Art Institute of Williamstown as a secretary and later was with the Williams College Museum of Art as a secretary until her illness last year. She also served as a Notary Public for the past four years. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church, now Our Lady of Mercy Church, and more recently St. Anthony of Padua Church. Besides her parents, of North Adams, she leaves her husband of 32 years, Richard W. Pellerin, whom she married June 12, 1976 in St. Francis of Assisi Church; three sons, Kyle R. Pellerin and his wife, Heidi L. Pellerin, of Drury, Mass., and Scott M. Pellerin and Ryan W. Pellerin of North Adams; two grandchildren, Ashley M. Canitrot and Joshua J. Canitrot of Drury; one sister, Laurie A. Breda and her husband, Joseph Breda, of Cheshire, Conn., and one brother Gary M. Nichols and his wife, Phyllis Nichols, of Medford, N,J., and nieces and nephews. FUNERAL NOTICE: Services will take place Wednesday, Jul;y 16, 2008, at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 64 Marshall St. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at the FLYNN & DAGNOLI MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main St., will be Tuesday, July 15, 2008, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.

I am so sad to hear of Judy's passing. I know she is free of her pain and suffering. I worked with her at WMA for a few years and she was always smiling, happy, and a great person to know.
