Laurie Mundy Obituary

Laurie F. Mundy 1956 - 2008 FLORIDA Laurie F. Mundy, 52, of 59 Stryker Road died Nov. 30, 2008, at her home. Born in North Adams on Sept. 12, 1956, a daughter of the late Francis and Constance H. Goodreau Scott, she attended schools in North Adams, including Charles H. McCann High School. Mrs. Mundy was last employed for BFAIR in North Adams. She was a member of the Dr. George L. Curran Post #996 VFW Ladies Auxilliary in North Adams and a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in North Adams. She enjoyed spending time at lakes and with family and friends. She leaves her husband, Mark J. Mundy, whom she married Sept. 12, 1987, in North Adams; two stepsons, Jamie Mundy and his wife, Michelle, of North Adams and Jason Mundy and his wife, Angela, of Franklin, N.H.; a stepgrandson, Bradyn Mundy, and an aunt, Corrine H. Goodreau of North Adams. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at the FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA Home for Funerals, CENTRAL CHAPELS, 74 Marshall St,. North Adams, will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for the Berkshire Humane Society through the funeral home.
