Perry Bankson Obituary

BLUE MOUND - Perry "Pete" Bankson, 60 of Prospect, KY (formerly Blue Mound), passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Pete was a commercial pilot and an avid model aviation enthusiast. Perry is survived by his wife, Lynda; his two loving daughters, Lesly Bankson French (James) and Hallye McCall Bankson; two sisters, Marnie Beebe (Rick) and Tracy DeClerck (Tom). Perry is preceded in death by his parents Phyllis McCoy Bankson Ponting and Robert Leslie Bankson. Perry's wishes were to be cremated with a private family burial. A memorial life celebration will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation for research.
