BARTON, Cline Dwight Jr., 73, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Richmond, died October 16, 2012. He was a graduate of John Marshall High School and the University of Richmond. He also received a degree from the University of Virginia. Cline was formerly on the board of Historic Fredericksburg Foundation Inc. and on the vestry and choir at St. George's Episcopal Church. He retired from RL Banks and Associates, Washington, D.C., before beginning his second career as a cabinetmaker in Fredericksburg, specializing in 18th Century reproductions. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judith Hawkins Barton; four children, five grandchildren; and one brother, James Ross Barton of Fairfax, Va. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 19 at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. George's Episcopal Church Restoration Fund.
