Hagander, Hamlin (Ham) Passed away May 4, 2013, age 92, born in Minneapolis, May 9, 1920. His parents were Clarence and Matilda Hagander. He is preceded in death by his brother, Chester, and sister, Luverna. He is survived by wife, Ruth; children, Sonja (Jonathan ) and David (Tonya); and grandchildren, Maya, Benjamin, Emilia and Micah; and sister, Virginia; 3 nephews and their families, sister- in-law Betty Ann. Ham was a proud WWII veteran serving four years in Naval Intelligence, followed by a stint in the FBI and a long teaching career in the White Bear Lake School District. He attended Carleton College and the University of Minnesota. Memorial service Thursday, May 9 at 5 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (2561 N. Victoria St., Roseville) with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery. Memorials preferred to State Services for the Blind and Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
