Sue Hanson Obituary

Hanson, Sue V. Age 97, of Burnsville, formerly of St. Anthony. Sue passed away on December 4, 2013. She was born in Palmer, Nebraska and was raised in Minnesota by her parents John and Agnes Bosak along with 10 siblings, Mike, Joe, Leo, Adolph, Ben, Vic, Johnnie, Eddie, Cliff and Clara. In 1941, she married Don Hanson, her husband of 67 years. They travelled and moved throughout their marriage to California, Minnesota, and Washington D.C., raising their children Dennis, Donna, and Cindy. She was very active in her community and her church. She was a devoted Catholic whose faith was her guiding light in life. Her enthusiasm, joy of life, and adventurous spirit will be missed by all who knew her and she inspires those she leaves behind. Survived by children, Dennis (Marilyn) Hanson, Donna (Allen) Scheel, Cindy (Randy) Marko; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Vic, Eddie and Cliff. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty. Rd. 24, Medina, 55391 with visitation one hour before Mass. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. A women of unconditional love for all and especially family. I wish the family joy in celebrating her life though she will be missed but she is now with Don above.
